Because your item is faulty or defective, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.

Print Your RMA Return Label

First, download and print the RMA return label from the previous page. This document must be included inside your return package.

Drop the parcel off at your local Royal Mail Post Office.

If you're asked what's inside the parcel, please write: TOY.

This is a fully tracked service

You can either:

  • • Have Evri collect from your door (optional), or
  • • Drop it off at one of their 4,500+ ParcelShops

💷 Postage refund / compensation

We can either:

  • • Refund the return postage back to your card or PayPal, or
  • • Send you BB pellets to cover the postage cost

Pack Your Item

Once you receive your return shipping label via email, print it and attach it to the outside of your package. Place the RMA return label inside the box with your item.

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at the designated shipping location as specified in your return label instructions. Track your return status using your RMA number.

Important Notes:

  • •Make sure to include the printed RMA return form inside the package
  • •Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit
  • •Keep your RMA number safe for tracking purposes
